Items ship UPS Ground from the state of Ohio. Flat shipping on Standard is $13, on Deluxe $15. Dooley Fresh can only be ordered with the Doggie Dooley and/or Waste Terminator. If only Waste Terminator is ordered it will ship from CA via USPS at $4.95.
