Description:
A veritable forest of small-capped, long-stemmed Enokitake (Flammulina populicola) mushrooms - often too numerous to count - will emerge from this kit. Ling favored by the Japanese, this species is delightful to grow and eat. Sometimes called the 'Winter Mushroom', a 45-75 degree F environment is recommended.
