SHIPPING

The vast majority of items on this site are shipped via United Parcel Service or Fedex Ground. Shipping charges will be calculated based upon the weight and size of the product you are purchasing and the geographic zone in which you live. All products sent UPS are fully insured for their retail value. Because of their excessive weight and size, many items on this site cannot be sent express or next day air. GREENCulture, Inc. make every possible effort to (re)use recycled packaging materials collected from local businesses; unfortunately, we are not always able to control the type of packaging used by our 3rd party shippers. Please help close the loop by reusing or recycling all packaging materials.

In some instances (like with overseas packages), it might be necessary to send a product by Insured Parcel Post (USPS). Pallet and bulk orders are sent via common carrier. Please inspect all goods for breakage immediately upon receipt. For any shipment that is refused without prior notification, you will automatically be charged the full shipping charges. Sorry, but unless special arrangements are made, we cannot ship to PO Boxes.

Lead-times quoted on potential based on estimates from our manufacturers. Although we work with our vendors to ensure the timeliest method of delivery, and the accurate portrayal of lead times, GREENCulture, Inc. reserves the right to make adjustments to lead times due to changing market conditions, product discontinuations, and manufacturer delays that were not predictable. GREENCulture, Inc. cannot be held responsible for delivery delays beyond estimated lead times as represented on the site.

DAMAGED GOODS

If an item is received damaged or broken, notify the shipper immediately then contact our sales office so that we may remedy the situation. Please retain the tracking numbers and keep all damaged goods / packaging for later inspection by the shipper. Any and all damage claims must be reported to GREENCulture within 72 hours of delivery. If merchandise is damaged or defective, we will arrange for repair or replacements at our discretion. Any products which do not conform to the manufacturers specifications will be replaced at our discretion. GREENCulture is not responsible for any damage not reported to GREENCulture within 72 hours of delivery No Exception. INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS

Shipments to other countries will be subject to additional shipping charges. Customers are responsible for all customs duties, VAT and other taxes imposed by their respective government. Our customer is directly responsible to pay such duties to their respective regulatory authorities. In case these duties are billed to us we reserve the right to charge the full amount of these taxes to our respective customer.

CANCELLATIONS/RETURNS & EXCHANGES

When ordering, please read the text description carefully to confirm exactly what is included in your order. As all of our products are considered custom orders through the manufacturer, once an order is processed, the order cannot be canceled and cannot be returned or exchanged. We greatly appreciate your understanding! Your order is reviewed for accuracy and verified with the manufacturer as soon as it is received. In cases where manufacturers inform us of changes in availability, you will be notified as soon as possible. Such information can cause delays in your estimated shipping time. GREENCulture, Inc. is not responsible for such changes in availability or for any other inadvertent errors on our site.

Once we have placed the order at your request, GREENCulture, Inc. and you, our customer, each become obligated to complete payment of the purchase price. For that reason, we are unable to accept cancellations, in either whole or part, once the order is placed. All delivered product that is received in good condition is non-returnable; no exceptions.

If you do any of the following, it will treated as an unauthorized cancellation of your order, subject to the greater of 1) a cancellation fee of 45% of your order plus actual shipping charges or 2) actual damages incurred by the company which includes additional shipping and restocking costs and lost company profits from the sale: 1) Refuse the delivery appointment of your product or 2) Refuse the shipment because at the time of delivery you see the product and decide it is no longer what you want or 3) Refuse delivery because the product arrives damaged, and rather than give us a chance to fix the problem through a replacement part(s) or a replacement part(s) or a replacement unit(s), you decide you no longer want it and refuse delivery or 4) Refuse or return any product due to such variation in product as wood grain or glass color or 5) Return the merchandise to the sender without prior authorization. All used product, bottled solutions, accelerants, books, test kits, worm bedding, live composting red worms and night crawlers can never be returned.

DELAYS & BACK ORDERS

Most orders are processed the same day they are received. Products in stock are normally shipped out within a few days, drop-ship items within 3-5 days. If an item is out-of-stock or backordered, we can usually provide the buyer with a guestimate of availability. If shipment has been delayed for other reasons, we try our best to notify customers so that proper delivery arrangements can be made. We do not normally process credit cards on back orders, unless it is part of a larger order; we wait until the item is read to ship before we charge your card. Though we make every possible effort to honor customer requests, we cannot always guarantee specific color choices with units that have several colors available.

REPLACEMENT PARTS

If the warranty does not cover replacement parts, or if it has expired, GREENCulture, Inc. can usually find or order parts for most of the products list on this site. Sometimes the pieces are available for free, other times there is a nominal charge. Please contact Customer Service for more information. In the body of the email, please specify what item is in need of repair and what specific parts are needed.
